Standing proudly since 1852, this four story mansion sits on famous Jones Street, voted one of America's most beautiful streets by Food & Wine Magazine and Southern Living. The home features 4 separate and spacious living quarters, complete with modern kitchens, baths and laundry facilities.
AMENITIES
Coffee/Tea Bar
We know that feeling of waking and all you want is that first cup of coffee or tea to start your day. No need to wander from the comfort of your suite. Each unit is furnished with an automatic coffee maker and kettle, as well as all the accoutrement (coffee, English Breakfast and Green tea, raw sugar, Stevia, half & half, and non-dairy creamer.
Free Wifi
Unlike a hotel or other multi unit buildings, we offer each unit its own designated router with hi-speed wifi. No more lag times while your neighbors are streaming Netflix.
Garden
Our Penthouse Suite has it's own large private deck and our Salon Suite has an intimate outdoor private balcony. Both the Carriage House and Parlor Suites share a large courtyard where you can soak up some sun or have intimate cocktails through sunset.
Laundry
Shared laundry facilities are meant for dormitories. Each suite houses their own washer and dryer as well as non-caustic laundry detergent for your convenience. Oh, and no running to the corner store to make change as each laundry suite is free for your use.
Kitchen/Pantry
Savannah has some of the finest restaurants offering the freshest seafood or farm to table options. We know too well that there are mornings when you might want to make breakfast or have a formal dinner at home. Each unit is fully furnished with the appliances you need as well as ample cookware and utensils. We are also happy to stock organic olive oil, sea salt and peppercorns as well as additional herbs and spices for your convenience.

Whether you're looking for comfort food or finer fare, Savannah has magnificent dining options. We are happy to make recommendations or reservations for you prior to your arrival.

Our city is filled with artisan shops on every other corner. For those wanting traditional stores, we recommend visiting Broughton Street or if you're looking to acquire that one of a kind piece of art, why not visit Shop SCAD.

Whether you're in the mood for a day at Wormsloe, a visit to the pristine Tybee Island Beach or an outing to a nature reserve, we have numerous recommendations to suit your needs. We'll even take care of your picnic lunch.
